Four killed in landslide on Kabul-Jalalabad Highway

At least four individuals lost their lives, and numerous others sustained injuries following a rockslide in the Daronta area along the Kabul-Jalalabad highway, as reported by the Nangarhar province’s administrative office under the Taliban’s governance.
The tragic event transpired within Laghman province.

Mohammad Ashraf Haqshinas, the spokesperson for the Taliban’s Ministry of Public Works, confirmed the reopening of the Kabul-Jalalabad highway after a temporary closure lasting several hours.

While refraining from disclosing the precise count of injuries, the Taliban specified that the rockslide affected two Corolla model vehicles.
